Joining Our College

Hillcrest is a proud non-denominational, co-educational, open-enrolment Christian College, serving students from 3-Year-Old ELC to Year 12. Delivering a Christian worldview with the Victorian Curriculum, our unique College is a highly popular choice for families looking for education to prepare their children for the future.

We welcome families to learn about our College and to apply for enrolment as soon as you decide Hillcrest is your school of choice.

Our enrolment process is outlined below:

  1. Families can complete an Enrolment Application form for the waiting list at any time. To submit this Enrolment Application form, families will need to complete the form online, with all required documents, accompanied by a $100 application fee (for each child) when submitting.
  2. Prior to commencement (between 1 – 2 years), the CREST Admissions Department will contact suitable families to request updated contact details, reports and assessments in preparation for an enrolment interview.
  3. Where there are available places, we will contact families for an enrolment interview with a member of our leadership team.
  4. Successful applicants will be offered a firm place. Families who wish to accept this offer can confirm this with a non-refundable $300 Acceptance Fee and a $500 Confirmation of Placement Payment (total $800) for each child. The Confirmation of Placement Payment is credited to your school account in Term 4 of your child’s first year at Hillcrest.
