Quality and care are the hallmarks of a Hillcrest education.

Quality and care are the hallmarks of a Hillcrest education. Everything centres on having our students flourishing; becoming people of vibrant faith and strong character, lifelong learners and active citizens.

A leading provider of Christian education in Victoria, Hillcrest Christian College is an independent, interdenominational, co-educational and open-enrolment school catering for around 1300+ students. Hillcrest Primary consists of the Early Learning Centre and Prep through Year 6 and Hillcrest Secondary Years 7 through 12.

Our well-appointed modern campus is uniquely located on an expansive 138-acre precinct that also accommodates the Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre, an Environmental Centre, and Rivercrest Christian College which follows the International Baccalaureate curriculum. The College features are range of outstanding facilities designed to help us deliver innovative learning programs, including over 2019 and 2020 a new Year 5-6 block, Primary Multi-Purpose Centre, STEM Centre and Film & Media Centre.

Whether they are participating in our foundation years’ programs or following the many learning pathways at Senior Secondary, taking to the sports field, learning a musical instrument, or undertaking service to the wider community, every student at Hillcrest is challenged to pursue excellence and achieve their personal best but, just as importantly, to learn how to work collaboratively. Our learning programs align with the Victorian Curriculum and Qualifications Framework.

Our safe, caring and nurturing environment ensures that all students are provided with the opportunity to make friends, take risks, learn skills, grow in compassion and courage. Together we learn what it is to love, worship, obey and serve God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

As you move through this website, you will gain an understanding of the many ways in which we provide a family oriented learning community noted for its commitment to the Christian message, cultural diversity, innovative teaching, a broad curriculum, and extensive co-curricular programs.
