Quality and care are the hallmarks of a Hillcrest education. Everything centres on having our students flourishing, becoming people of vibrant faith and strong character, lifelong learners and active citizens.
A leading provider of Christian education in Victoria, Hillcrest Christian College is a non-denominational College with an open enrolment catering for around 1400 students from Early Learning to Year 12. Our ‘One College - Two Schools’ structure consists Primary - Early Learning Centre (3 and 4 Year Old) and Prep to Year 6 classes - and Secondary - Years 7 through to 12.
Our well-appointed modern campus is uniquely located on an expansive 138-acre precinct that also accommodates the Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre, an Environmental Centre, and Rivercrest Christian College (IB program). Our building and remodeling programs ensure we keep current with innovative learning architecture.
Whether they are participating in our foundation years’ programs or comprehensive VCE courses, taking to the sports field, playing a musical instrument, or undertaking service to the wider community, every student at Hillcrest is challenged to pursue excellence and achieve their personal best but, just as importantly, to learn how to work collaboratively.
Our safe, caring and nurturing environment ensures that all students are provided with the opportunity to make friends, take risks, learn skills, grow in compassion and courage and learn to benefit others. Together we learn what it is to love, obey and serve the saviour of the world, Lord Jesus Christ.
As you move through this website, you will gain an understanding of the many ways in which we provide a family oriented learning community noted for its commitment to the Christian gospel, cultural diversity, innovative teaching, a broad curriculum, and extensive co-curricular programs.
