At the centre of all we do lies our love of God our creator, our devotion to Jesus Christ, and vibrant life in the Holy Spirit. A Christian worldview permeates all learning and teaching and biblical values guide our practices and interactions. We are biblically orthodox, morally conservative, and pastorally sensitive.

From fortnightly dynamic Chapel Services at all levels through to Student led bible studies, Youth Alpha through to Global Leadership Summits, and service programs to our local community through to mission trips eg East Timor, our students are given every opportunity to grow in faith, love and knowledge of God and to serve and honour others.

Guiding Scripture

Hillcrest exists to bring Glory to God across the generations. Our guiding Scripture is both a declaration and a prayer that encapsulates our vision, mission and philosophy.

College Logo

The logo pictured depicts a silhouette of Joshua from the Bible. It was Joshua who led the people of God into the Promised Land. He prepared a new generation for the future and all the promises it held. His outstanding qualities were faith, courage, and devotion to God. In the same way we hope that we at Hillcrest prepare the next generation to be equipped for all the promises life holds for them. Mr Barry Rodgers, the Founding Principal, developed the original concept for the College logo.

College Motto

Our Motto ‘True and Faithful’, is a title ascribed to the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 3:14 and 19:11).
It encapsulates two principles – truth and faith – that guide all our thinking, planning, words and actions.
