Market Night

The Hillcrest Christian College Family Market Night runs every year in the College’s Multi-Purpose Centre and is a fantastic night for the whole community. The evening caters for everyone, from performances by the College Choir, a petting zoo, Sumo wrestling, sporting activities, face painting, jumping castle to name but a few, as well as a huge variety of stall holders to warm any shopper’s heart. This is a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together in a family friendly environment whilst supporting the College.

The Hillcrest Christian College Family Market Night returns in 2018 on Friday, 26th October in the College’s Multipurpose Centre from 5:00 - 8.00pm.

We anticipate an exciting and successful Family Market Night and invite you to complete the Registration form below, including the non-refundable payment of $40 to secure your market stall position asap.

Unfortunately, we can’t allocate you a market stall until your contact form and payment has been received, either by Cheque made payable to Crest Education Ltd, or in Cash at the Hillcrest Reception, or by Direct Debit to Crest Education Ltd, Account No: 755 150 496 and BSB 083 004.

Market Night Stall Holders

The Family Market Night is to be held on Friday 26th October at Hillcrest Christian College, Clyde North. Hillcrest is a school boasting a population of over 1400 students (approx. 800 families).

The event is held indoors with easy access for set up and pack down and shelter from weather conditions.  The College invites you to attend the occasion this year and a few brief details are as follows:

  • Date: Friday, 26th October 2018
  • Location: Hillcrest Christian College – 500 Soldiers Road, Clyde North
  • Event hours: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Venue: Multipurpose Centre - Indoors
  • Stall Cost: $40 per stall
  • Food Van Cost: $40 per stall and 10% of profits
  • Stall size: 1 table (180 – 60 cm) and two chairs
